Will It Be Visible In India?

Timeanddate.com shows the eclipse will start at 4:50 a.m. EDT before it reaches a peak at 6:47 a.m. EDT and fully ends at 8:43 a.m. EDT. The first solar eclipse of 2025 will start in India at 2:20 p.m. IST before reaching its peak at 4:17 p.m. and ending at 6:13 p.m. Because of its timing the upcoming eclipse will remain invisible from India to observers. North American viewers will achieve the most favorable views because this event happens during daytime hours. The partial solar eclipse will reveal itself to parts of Asia and Africa as well as Europe along with North America and South America and stretches across the Atlantic and Arctic Oceans throughout its duration. According to NASA, the moon intercepts the path linking Earth to the sun thus blocking solar illumination which results in shading effects during an eclipse. During a partial eclipse, the exact alignment of the sun, moon, and Earth fails to occur leading to only limited sun coverage.
