Andhra Shocker: 8-Year-Old Raped And Killed, Confessed Three Schoolboys; Body Still Not Found

8 year-old girl was brutally murdered after gangraped by her school seniors. Police investigate local people and arrest the boys.

A shocking incident has emerged in Andhra Pradesh’s Nandyal district. An eight-year-old girl was gang raped by three minor school children at Muchumari village in Pagidyala Mandal. In addition, the girl was brutally murdered after being gang raped. The incident took place on Sunday but the incident came to light on Wednesday when the police arrested the accused. The girl was a third-grade student, while two accused (12-year-old) were sixth graders and one student who was 13 years old was a seventh grader. The girl and the accused were from the same school.

According to the Nandikotkur police, the minor girl’s father filed a missing report on Sunday. In the complaint, she told the police that her daughter was playing in the nearby Muchumari Park but suddenly disappeared. They looked for her everywhere but could not find her. After the complaint, the police searched the entire park and asked local residents, but they failed to find girl.

The police called the dog squad to the scene. The sniffer dogs’ clues helped the police find the three minor boys. The dogs not only led the police to the crime scene but also stopped at the houses of the accused.

After a preliminary investigation, the minor boys were arrested. The boys admitted during interrogation that they raped and killed the girl. The accused told the police that after killing the girl, they threw her body in an irrigation canal to hide the crime. The three boys told the police that they saw the girl playing near park. The boys convinced her to with them. Under playing hide and seek, they took the girl to a remote place near Muchumar Irrigation Project. There they raped the girl one by one.

The police have not yet located the girl’s body. The water level in the canal is very deep, and it is unclear if the body was washed away due to monsoon rains. Search operations have been intensified along the canal banks to retrieve the body.
