Actor Aasif Sheikh reportedly collapsed on the sets of Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain! and was immediately rushed to the hospital. He plays the role of Vibhuti Narayan Mishra in the show. A source close to Zoom informed that the actor felt unwell and collapsed on set. He has received initial medical attention and was brought back to Mumbai.
Aasif Sheikh Issues official statement
According to media reports, Aasif revealed, “I was shooting for Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hain at Dehradun and there I started feeling numbness in my foot and then sciatica pain made the situation worse.” Providing further details about his condition, Aasif shared, “I was brought on a wheelchair to Mumbai and now I have been advised a complete bed rest. I landed here on the 18th and since then I am taking rest and my treatment is on. I think for one more week I will take a rest and hope i will be soon in front of the camera.”
Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hain writer Passes Away
Recently, the writer of Bhabhji Ghar Par Hain Manoj Santoshi also passed away on March 23 after a prolonged battle with a lover related aliment. As per India Forums, a source close to the show revealed, “Manoj passed away early this morning in his hometown, Aligarh. His family was by his side during his final moments.”
