It was in the year 2024 that Bajaj’s launched its all new CNG bike, The Freedom 125 NG04. Being a stalwart in the two wheeler segment, Bajaj had sought to take an attempt at the manufacturing of a dual fuel bike that would help the riders save up on the cost of fuel and further reduce their running costs. While the initial reception of the vehicle was tremendous, in the recent past its sales figures have dwindled down. To ensure that the sales figures can stick up once again the prices of the base variant variant have been reduced.

The Base variant with drum brakes now gets a discount of Rs 5000, the variant is now priced around Rs 85,976 opposed to Rs 90,976 earlier. Prices of the mid and the top variants remain the same. The Mid variant is priced at Rs 95,981 Ex showroom and the Top variant has been priced at Rs 1,10,976 ex showroom.
All the variants are powered by a 125 cc single cylinder air cooled engine that is able to generate 9.5 Ps and 9.7 Nm of peak torque. The base variant that has received a price cut has a halogen headlamp while the two others have LED powered headlamps.
The base variant has a 110 mm drum brake at the rear and a 130mm drum brake at the front. All variants. The Top variants the ‘NG0D disc has 240MM disc brakes up front while at the rear the bike has 130mm drum brake. All the variants have CBS braking setup.
The base and mid models would have a small LCD without connectivity features, and the top variant would have an inverted FULL LCD with connectivity. Further the base variant also misses out on tank flaps and other features that are offered with the higher end models.
